The Halofog has been present in many greenhouses and chicken stables all across the world. So the technique is no stranger to us. And now this Halofog technique is also available for sprout inhibition in potato storage.
The idea is simple: use the energy of existing compressed air systems to convert a liquid into a fine mist via a nozzle. The Halofog P9 is a safe, reliable & efficient Fogger. There is no heat source. It is a manual system that can be used both inside and outside the storage. The number of spray heads can be expanded as long as the compressed air capacity is sufficient, resulting in a high spraying capacity per hour. While maintaining a small drop size for a good result. The spray heads are equipped as standard with a protection bracket over the head.
